My previous dentist with whom I was pleased recommended his patients to Dr. Marcus upon his retirement. Each time I went to her office, I left feeling uneasy and unhappy with the service I had received. My concerns did not appear to have been respected much less taken into consideration. In fact, I felt that I had been pressured and manipulated. I will go elsewhere!

WARNING- Unethical establishment....... a NIGHTMARE !!
Don't take their word for anything! Make sure you have everything in writing before getting any routine procedures done.
My experience was a nightmare since the moment I walked in. After them calling my insurance company, the office staff proceeded to inform me that a panoramic dental X-ray is absolutely necessary for first visits and was fully covered by my insurance company. I have never had a panoramic xray done in all my previous years at the dentist.
I was very surprised with all their high-tech equipment and repeatedly informed them that my main purpose was that of a routine cleaning as I've always had a healthy record of my dental history. As I grew concerned with how expensive this visit was going to be, they repeatedly told me not to worry as they had already gotten the coverage details from my insurance.
I soon realized that the main goal of this office is to max out as much money from the insurance companies and screw the patient as well. With dental insurance, I had to pay $120 upon leaving the office and then got slammed with an additional bill of $400. This is what a routine cleaning has cost me at this dental office.....RIDICULOUS!!
