The front desk lady has been very rude. I had to cancel a cleaning inside the 24 hour cancellation period, and the lady on the phone pretty much made me feel belittled. Rather unnecessary really, and not only that. She made it quite clear that rescheduling would happen months later, since they're so busy. Though on a couple occasions, my wife was able to get in right away b/c of a tooth ache. In my opinion, this dental practice is just too snooty and rude to get anymore of my business.

Very good at explaining and going over the details. We have just started going to Dr. Holm. His staff is super friendly, and my children are very comfortable with him and his staff.
