After poor service with another dental clinic, I was referred to Dr. Mason by a periodontist at my request. I told him I needed a dentist who cared about my teeth and not just getting me in and out. Dr. Ted Mason is this and more. My first visit was an emergency visit. I had a loose cap and was going out of the country on a business trip. The Dr. was kind enough to get my tooth repaired in just one visit. He had me come back the next day - squeezing me into an already full schedule. With his state of the art equipment, I was in and out within an hour. I have since had some other major work done as well and this guy cares about what he does.He is honest and a perfectionist. I am not sure what the other one star review is about, but I would highly recommend Dr. Ted Mason.

My hope is that this is the first and last review for Ted Mason DDS.
If you're not Miss Kansas don't go. This guy's website looks professional but he is far from it. Believe it or not he actually has four star reviews if you google his name. Dig just a bit deeper and you will find that the reviews are either posted by his dentist buddies or maybe a paid service.
The fact is his manner is atrocious, he is extremely aggressive with his work and his tone to the point I actually felt he was provoking me. If he read the information I provided about my sensitive mouth and still treated me the same way I would go as far to say that he's sadistic. The whole experience caught me off guard as I have never been treated with such disrespect by any kind of doctor. After he left the hygienist actually told me they are supposed to be aggressive as if to make me feel better about what he just did. In truth she actually seemed like she was a bit taken aback as well.
I am anxious about going to the dentist but have been frequently throughout my life and have had several different procedures done. Nothing like this has ever happened before. Don't let it happen to you or, god forbid, your family.

I have been going to Dr. Ted Mason for a little over two years and sincerely wish he would have been my dentist a long time ago. I tell everyone I know about his excellent practice. Both of my parents as well as my sister and her entire family have since switched to him and none of us could be happier with our new dentist. Dr. Ted Mason is an excellent dentist in every aspect. He keeps up with new technologies and has the ability to do any and every type of dentistry imaginable, to my knowledge. I will continue to recommend him on a regular basis.
