The doctor took plenty of time to answer my questions and explained everything he was doing step-by-step.

I got there and from the very first words out of Dr. Banach's mouth he was nothing but degrading and hostile. He does not have any compassion and doesn't want to listen. I was TOLD by the receptionist that I was going to have a root canal, post and crown (I don't even know what a post is so how could I have made that up?). Dr. Banach said he was only doing the root canal and a temp filling and that my dentist had to do a permanent filling and the crown or a bridge and the rest of the work. My dentist never said a word about that and told me I didn't need a follow up appt with him, it would all be taken care of by CE. I would have to pay $810 for the root canal and temp filling (that would be good for 6 weeks - dentist said so!) then another $xxx amount for another dentist to finish the work. He was so horrible to me that I was completely in tears and walked out of his office. Oh, they still made me pay $85 and he NEVER even looked at my tooth, just some x-rays! I will NEVER go there again. I'd rather DIE and that isn't an understatement. NOBODY deserves to be treated like that! I should have known because a nurse (?) at another dentist kept trying to politely warn me away from going there without saying words. Stay away
