Went to this dentist in May 2016 for a consultation for two root canals. From the moment I stepped into the waiting room until the moment I walked out of the office in disgust, the entire experience is geared to one huge commercial attempting to convince you that this "laser root canal" for which I would have to spend $600 out of pocket (my insurance fully covers conventional root canals) has to be done this way or he's not going to do it. To me, this entire set up is a scam and a way to pry money from the pockets of unsuspecting clients. I removed the bib and walked out of the office and would never go back there ever again.

I will never be going back dr. browdy's office again after my consultation with him! I felt that he was very condescending and made very rude when he looked over my medical and dental history. they also wanted me to pay extra money for a regular procedure that my insurance normally covers. I literally left there in tears because they (his staff too!) made me feel so bad about myself and now I have to look for a new specialist who will do my root canal!

I was supposed to have a root canal renewal with Dr. Browdy but during the consultation quickly learned this doctor only goes through the motions and with the needs of the patient. I explained that I get panic attacks and anxiety during these procedures because I have polyps in my nose that need surgical removal making breathing through it damn near impossible. Add the anxiety of a going through two hours of dental work and I knew I would not be able to get through it. Everytime I addressed my concerns, the doctor ignored them and me completely. While I understand he does not do sedation and I'd prefer not to be put under, the nurse said they do offer something for anxiety which the doctor never brought to light. His staff also said if I raise my hand during the procedure they would stop but he told me that was impossible because he had to keep schedule and I could mess up his day. All of this was on the small chance that he could save a tooth which after going to my dentist, another specialist, and an oral surgeon all said was impossible and it was clear through the xrays. Meaning the lovely doctor was going to perform the procedure knowing it would not work but collect his hefty charge for the laser procedure he practices

About Front Desk: While I would love nothing more to complain even more about the poor bedside manners of a bad doctor who has seemed to forget his hypocritical oath and that the needs of his patients should come before his own and that their concerns need to not only be heard but addressed, there is one good thing about this place and that is his staff. They seemed to be the only ones who listened and we're genuinely concerned about the issues was having. In my opinion the best thing they can do is find another job because this dentist is a joke and I wouldn't let him perform surgery on my worst enemy. All he cares about is performing his laser treatment on every patient he can regardless of whether it is the best option for them. I truly hope his staff moves on to a dentist who will show the same amount of caring and skill sets that they have shown. Dr. Browdy is a poor excuse for a dentist and will treat you with zero respect while your in his chair. he won't even look you in the eye and will talk to his nurse who relays the information to you. If you have such bad bedside manners you should not be a doctor. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND GO THIS DENTIST. THE TREATMENT IS NEW AND QUESTIONABLE AT BEST. THE PERCENTAGES OF SUCCESS THEY GIVE YOU ARE INCORRECT. PLEASE RESEARCH AND GET A SECOND OPINION!! By the lack of patients on his schedule which was out for everyone to see (about 6 all week long) I'm confident more people are not coming back to him because of this. Please see a different dentist. He is the most uncaring medical "professional" I have ever seen.

Dr. Browdy has done several root canals for me. He is the finest. I was sent to Dr. Browdy by a General Dentist who told me that my case was too difficult for him to do. He told me that Dr. Browdy is excellent. His chairside manner is great. He is warm and kind (as is his staff). His skills are par excellence and is considered one of the best in his field. Well respected by other professionals as well. I have recommended friends and families to him. People who feared root canals come away with a whole new outlook.

Dr. Browdy is a true professional in every sense of the word. He is kind and knows what he is doing. He is on top of today's technology in the dental field. His staff makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. They explain every step and every detail of your procedure. I was absolutely terrified when my DDS told me that I needed a root canal done. Dr. Browdy gave me an appointment within 2 days. Both he and his staff were incredible. They completely put me at ease and reassured me that the procedure would be painless. If you have to have a root canal done, I would definitely recommend Dr. Browdy!
