Incompetent. I went in for a filling and he botched it up royally. When he started the work I was in pain. He kept drilling and drilling. He gave me about 6-7 shots of novicaine. For 2 weeks I was in pain. I am still in pain and I am seeing another dentist to fix his botched up job. He was very overbooked and moved from patient to patient. Then they bugged me about money! I told them they better forget it if they don’t want to be sued--never heard from them again. Beware the dentist that has to keep looking at the X-ray over and over WHILE he is working on you at the same time! Incompetent BOZO!
About Front Desk: Tried to double bill me and then tried to collect for their dentist’s botched up filling. NO WAY. If you are not satisfied with the service and the quality of work, doctors and dentists are just like anything else--DON’T PAY and DEMAND a refund!

The staff is very rude. They don't submit all the paperwork needed for insurance claim and they make you personally pay for it. I would not use this practice.
The crown that I got is the worst thing you could imagine. The whole staff will make your life miserable.

The worst dentist with the worst staff in town. Crown will be put on your tooth without the requisite X-ray. The staff is lazy and would insist that you pay the bill than do their job of making sure that your claim is process by your insurance. Avoid a headache&dont go to this doctor!

Two months after seeing the dentist, my 10 and 7 year old kids are bugging me about when they can go back to see Dr. Strain! They bug me for the next 4 months until their next appointment. They've had zero cavities and they hope to keep it that way. It is a pleasure to go to a dentist visit even for myself.
