Very disappointed in the dental assistant of Peach Tree Dentistry, Ruston, LA. Yesterday she was making impressions when the adjacent crown that Dr. Jesse Roberts recemented came off. She panicked and made a very serious professional mistake: despite my request to call the doctor she re-cemented my crown in the wrong direction!? When I told her it was misplaced (there was a huge gap between the teeth and my upper and lower teeth wouldn't touch) and to call the doctor to fix it, she refused again and wanted to pull it out by herself and caused me pain. She wasn't able to take the crown out because it had already stuck to the tooth. I told her again to call Dr. Jesse Roberts right away. She finally did. Dr. Roberts came in in a while, saw the problem, took some tools and with force pulled the stuck crown out. Fortunately it came off! Then he re-cemented it again placing it correctly. I was in shock and pain. They didn't apologize for anything they did wrong. They didn't even call on me today to check how I was doing. Nothing. Dr. Roberts even tried to defend his assistant saying that it wasn't her but the crown that had shifted (180 degrees!?) and he needed to hold it by himself (!?). Such incredible argument! I do not believe them.
