I've visited Dr. Hannan multiple times, I always have a wonderful experience. I called on a day they were out of the office, I was in extreme pain Dr. Hannan leaves his personal number on the voicemail so I was able to get in touch with him directly. He called me in some medicine that helped me through the rest of the day and fit me into his schedule for the next day. I love that the staff calls to check on you the next day it shows that they care about their patients. I'm never let down when I see Dr. Hannan unfortunately I've needed quite a few root canals. It's unfortunate that he doesn't do General Dentistry.

I went to his facility and assistant was nice, but scene quickly changed once Dr entered the
room! He doesn't look you in the eyes, he isn't very good at explaining the procedure you need done.
He is quickly out of room to go back to office to play on his phone! I had a root canal done that failed due to him
doing the work and then needed what's called a apico I believe because he didn't think I needed antibiotics and he just
seemed aggravated by my questions about what exactly was going on in my mouth! I feel
he's in wrong profession should be a lonely janitor, due to his disposition!!!
I wouldn't take my enemy or even a dog there! Well maybe a dog cause they can sense evil and
maybe they would bite him I know I wanted too!

dr hannon has done two root canals for me. He's super quick and very good about keeping your pain level down during the procedure. His dental assistant has a great personality and very nice and pleasant. Office check in staff was nicer the second time I came in but a little rude the first time.

I was in so much pain from an abscessed tooth, that I showed up this morning as they opened-not at my shceduled time.
They fit me in for an emergency root canal, and were VERY understanding of my anxiety/pain level.
I have passed out from having blood drawn-so imagine my level of anxiety for this! Dr. Hannan and his assistant were very patient, understanding, and took great care to keep me calm.
This is the fifth root canal I have had done, and it is the only one that did not hurt to have done. Maybe it was the extra numbing gel, the care they took with the novoacine, the waiting for it to take place. Maybe it was that they listened to me and gave me additional novocaine where it was needed. All I know is that this is the first time I didn't leave a dental office feeling tramautized.
The other thing that I really liked about this dentist is that he and his assistant kept updating me throughout the procedure to let me know what was done and what still needed to be done. It helped.
