I highly recommend Dr Brother. I have avoided going to the dentist for many years. I had some broken and missing teeth. It had finally affected front teeth and I could not hide it any more. Due to my anxiety about going to the dentists I looked up sedation dentistry. I found Smiles by Design and read a lot of greet reviews.
I called and Dr Brother answered, I talked to him about my situation, he was kind and understanding and he made an appointment for us to meet for a consultation.
When I walked in to the office it was bright and cheerful with a fun contemporary decor. I was warmly greeted with a smile from Gail Brother who takes care of the front office. I met with Dr Brother and his Dental Assistant, Heather. They were kind, non judgmental and created a plan for me.
They made me feel comfortable enough that I did not feel the need to use sedation. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain throughout each procedure. I even made it through a root canal (my first) with just Novocain. Gail has taken care of processing the insurance payments and has been great with scheduling appointments that work with my schedule. Dr Brother worked the treatment plan giving me options to fit what I could afford. He worked to create a partial denture that looks completely natural, matches my teeth perfectly and just took a couple of days to get used to. He has given me instruction on how to improve my dental health without lecturing. Gail, Heather and Dr Brother make me feel at home each time I go in.
Now that I have a nicely restored smile, I plan on making regular visits and have set up my future cleaning appointments.

Regular checkups, fillings replaced, teeth cleaned, for me and my two kids; now doing Invisalign treatment. Excellent results always, no problem with my insurance plan, but mostly we love the service - friendly, informative, very comfortable & luxurious office, easy parking, close to 128. I would recommend Smiles-By-Design Dr. David Brothers to anyone.

Dr. Brother is a very cordial and informative dentist. He speaks to you as like an adult explaining procedures and home preventive maintenance. He doesn't sugar-coat things, and it is an exceptional quality that is balanced with honesty, integrity and compassion. My main concern was anxiety and the search for a family dentist for the rest of our lives. Dr. Brother and his staff have provided that need. They not only explain the cost and insurance benefits, they make sure that my coverage will not run out, scheduling procedures accordingly. Dr. Brother is a giant success when it comes to administring novacaine. At first, I needed gas but afterwards, I trusted him so, that he was able to use topical ointment and novacaine without a problem. I sing the praises of Dr. Brother and his staff to all my friends. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Brother did cleaning, root scraping of my entire mouth, pulled a wisdom tooth, filled my tooth #2 and referred me for a root canal. All of his work was done with the highest professionalism, and being in his office is relaxing and fun. He has a great selection of DVDs to watch while he works on you, and the decor of the office is wild! All of his service was prompt, courteous and friendly. His assistant Katherine is great and always helpful. He is honest, direct and always presents you with a balanced scenario of your options for treatment. When you make an appointment, there is virtually no waiting time. The longest I have ever had to wait was a few minutes. I would highly recommend Dr. Brother as the best dentist with whom I have ever dealt.

Dr. Brother is absolutely fantastic. He re-did a crown for me that had been poorly done by Gentle Dental (and it's likely they also did the wrong tooth). The crown he put on was so much more realistic, and he also capped the "correct" tooth next to it. Dr. Brother's office is so creative and original, and he took every possible measure to make a very frightened patient comfortable. I watched "Phantom of the Opera" during my procedure! He also did not push me into a root canal when I still had pain. Instead, he encouraged me to wait, even though it took three months for the pain to subside. I now have two crowns that are so realistic looking that no one would ever guess they are not real teeth. And I can chew properly for the first time in a year. I cannot recommend Dr. Brother enough!

A fantastic experience!
Up front, Dr. Brother provided me with a comprehensive, personalized treatment plan listing all services to be performed, and the office fee and insurance coverage for each.
He and his assistant, Catherine, did a great job on my inlays and tooth-colored fillings. Time flew by during the treatment sessions while I watched DVDs from the office's library.
At the end, I received a detailed patient ledger with a thorough history of all my charges, payments and insurance credits.
And the office decor is beautiful. You'll love the wall fountains!
David and his staff are total professionals. I wish I'd found him sooner!

Dr. Brother did wonderful work on my smile. I had all of my teeth
crowned and had limited vaneer work in the front. The time element was tolerable for all procedures. The professional manner in which
I as the patient was treated was exceptional. All questions regarding
the plan for the work to be done were covered completely and I understood
what was happening at all times during the process.
I strongly recommend Dr. Brother as a honest, caring, most importantly
COMPETENT doctor who does wonderful dental work at an affordable
rate based on his work and professional experience.
