Absolute worst dental office. For the most part, they do not care. Very chilling reception. If you do not want to be just a number and $$$$ to these people, then do not waste your time.

Dr. Hart gave me the most beautiful smile in the world. I have Hollywood teeth. They look gorgeous. Everybody loves my smile. I had lumineers done at Dr. Harts office. Very pleasing experience. Office always runs on time. Staff is very polite. Dr. Harts work worths every penny. Procedure was without anesthetic. I feel good about myself and cant stop admiring my smile. I am coming back to get my wisdom teeth pulled. I already know that it can be done without any pain or complications at this office (New England Dental Center). www.newenglanddental.com Thank you Dr. Hart.

I'm a great believer of reviews. I have been a patient of Dr. Alexis for several years. I had recently relocated to Boston and was anxious to take care of what I thought were cavities in my back teeth. I kept having food get caught in between my teeth and my gums would bleed whenever I pulled the floss out. I was also a smoker and was in desperate need of a cleaning. During my first visit, Dr. Alexis patiently explained to me how to fix what turned out not to be cavities but gum irritation. After a deep cleaning around the gums, I no longer had pain or bleeding when I flossed. It's nice to find somebody who's not so quick with the drill. If you're looking for a competent, honest dentist, then Dr. Alexis Hart would be my recommendation. M. R.

I had suffered for years, always being conscious of my ugly teeth whenever I was around people. What kept me from taking care of them was my fear of the pain I imagined having to endure at the hands of a dentist. Finally, a friend of mine pointed out that I never smile in pictures and during the course of our discussion, she recommended seeing Dr. Hart. I was assured that Dr. Hart had a gentle bedside manner and "skillful hands." I still had reservations but went to the appointment anyway. I was pleasantly surprised by how kind and genuinely concerned Dr. Hart was about my situation. It took several appointments, some only 10-15 minutes long, others over an hour. All along, Dr. Hart was great about explaining what was going to be done and that put me at ease and removed a lot of my initial trepidation. I didn't experience any pain during my visits either. It's been ~8 years now that I feel and look confident and show off my pearly whites in every picture. I have shared my positive experience with others and have recommended Dr. Hart, especially to those afraid of the dentist. In one word, Dr. Hart is awesome!

I won't go into great detail but STAY FAR AWAY from any dentist in Boston or the surrounding area with the last name Hart. I'm sorry if I'm blackballing another Dr. Hart but I wouldn't take the chance. The entire family practices -mainly because there are so many complaints about 1 member that another family member must take over in order to keep the operation running. They all have enormous files with the American Dental Association - practicing without a sufficient liscense, etc.
