When you step into Longwood Dental (located on Beacon Street in Brookline) you can see right away that the office is nice, clean and well-appointed. The people at the desk are friendly and attentive.The office runs like a well-oiled machine and I have never had to wait for more than a few minutes. I have always been greeted pleasantly by the person who beckons you into the dental treatment room and am continually impressed with its meticulousness and their cleanliness protocol which makes you feel that all their instruments and equipment are thoroughly sterilized and protected for maximum patient safety.
I ended up going to the Longwood Dental Group when Dr. David Gordon joined the practice many years ago. I would follow him anywhere. I am one of the few people I know that actually look forward to going to the dentist because I know I am getting superlative care and because it never hurts regardless of the procedure. Dr. David Gordon has been my dentist for 30 years and his expertise in the industry is unparalleled. He is referred to as Dr. Crown and his technique rivals that of Michelangelo as his crowns are works of art. Dr. Gordon is a great guy and a top rate dentist. I have my teeth cleaned by a periodontist and whenever there are dental problems (cavities, replacement fillings, problems) I visit him. He is the classic high-end, top-rate professional. I trust him implicitly, follow his recommendations, and have always been pleased with his work. In the few cases where I needed a follow up he saw me immediately.
His location is easy to get to and park at. The staff is top rate.
He is honest, direct, low-ley and knowledgable. Don't know where I would look if he retired.
