I had tens of thousands of dollars of work done by Dr. S and I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough. Note that they plan to relocate to Washington Street in Boston's South End in the fall of 2007.

I've been to multiple dentists due to work relocation. I have no confidence in Dr. Seligman's work and his hours are inflexible. During examination post-cleaning, his hygienist examines for cavities and gum disease. Dr. Seligman only looks in the mouth without touching. I doubt any dentist, even those more experienced, can detect early cavities and gum disease simply by looking in the mouth with the naked eye. The Boston/Brookline area has more quality dentists to choose from.

Dr. Seligman performed a very difficult root canal procedure. My tooth was infected and he was able to relieve the pain quickly. The follow up visits were comfortable and pain free. My new crown is perfect. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Seligman is an expert in TMJ. I've been under treatment with him and since then my jaw pain is gone. His approach is more comprehensive and individualized than any other dentist that I've seen. He's very diligent in making sure you understand your condition and options for treatment. He makes your dental care his priority and you can see that he genuinely wants to make you feel better about your teeth. The staff can't be nicer! They keep the appointments running on time, so waiting time is very short (and they provide coffee and fruit in the waiting room!). The experience is always painless and the environment is very casual and relaxed. Once you're a patient they treat you as part of the family. Billing is always smooth and they provide a great payment program for those of us without dental insurance. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone.
