Seems like once they have your money, they no longer give a s*** about you.
My first visit everything went swell. When I went for my root canal after the procedure was almost complete the doctor walked out to attend another patient. I told his nurse the clip they put on was hurting my tooth. After waiting for him to return which felt to be 30 minutes of me sitting there in extruciating pain. He returns and tells the nurse to remove it then they schedule me for another visit to do the final filling and want to charge for the visit. Now food is getting stuck in between the tooth the repaired and another tooth.
About Front Desk: Two face. First nice and kind. After payment. Evil. Shes fake as they come.

Dr Shaw seems knowledgable and technically good but a little disconnected. His wife is an issue though...very pushy with treatment and extremely arrogant...obviously motivated by money so that concerns me. They have an unusually high employee turnover rate...because of the wife I'm told (ord gets around in a small town) The only original employee is the hygienist who was evidently there in that practice with the previous dentist...she is very sweet & thorough.

About Hygienist: Kim the hygienist has been there a long time and is very gentle. She makes me feel at ease and does a great job. She's the main reason I go there...had some bad experiences in my past:(

Dr. Shaw & his staff are extremely friendly.
Treatment rooms were nice & very cozy.
I feel prices were higher than any normal office.
His wife works the front desk & is very fake acting & will do just about anything to get you to accept treatment plan. She was very flirtatious w/ my husband & had a very revealing shirt on. Oh & did I mention she had BAD breath!!!! & works at a dentist office!!! I would highly recommend Dr. Shaw if you can look past his pest of a wife!!! Other than her, office is Great!
About Front Desk: Steer clear of Kathleen. She's a liar and will flirt w/ your husband or boyfriend. She will say anything to get you to accept your treatment plan & pushes care credit. She's a fake & dresses like she is going to a club!!!
