Worst day of my life - got to the office about 8:30 and was told the root canal would only take 2-3 hours tops. The doctor did the root canal on the wrong tooth, I was there all day (did not leave until 5:00 pm, and he STILL didn't finish). Halfway through the day at noon, he asked me to come back at 1 pm because it was his lunch time. He told me to go to Wendy's (go figure). I was scheduled to work that day at 2:30 pm, and I was forced to take the day off and almost got fired as a result. Stay away!

This was the best experience I have ever had in a dental office. I came in with a horrible toothache and left feeling so much better. He and his staff took great care of me and I would highly recommend him if you ever need a root canal.

I was kept for over four hours (for what was supposed to be a three hour appointment) of an excruciatingly PAINful root canal!!. Perhaps he once was a good dentist, but at 83, his time is past. I am 65 years old myself, so this is NOT an age discrimination issue. I'm not sure he can see what he's doing (the assistant had to repeatedly tell him to turn on his head-mighted spotlight. It also seemed that he didn't have very good control/grip on his instruments. I underwent the procedure to save a tooth. Now I wish that I had had it pulled instead. I told the dentist who referred me that she should NEVER refer another patient to him. Perhaps the referral fees he pays to other dentists are too tempting to forego.

I know this doctor: 1 day, never again
