I had a root canal and Dr Hardy and his staff did a wonderful job....wonderful. I was very nervous and he actually put me at ease. I would definitely go back if I needed more care..I would not go anywhere else. It is expensive, but I have insurance to offset the cost....BUT...it is worth every penny.

About Front Desk: The front staff was wonderful as well...very friendly and they answered all my questions...I was so nervous and asked many, many questions...they were very courteous and very patient.

GREAT JOB!!! I recently had some not so great dental work done. I had a crown put on, which led to the most horrible pain I've ever felt....which led to me needing a root canal. I went to a different dentist who recommended I call Endodontic Associates. It was very easy to set up an appointment. The girls at the front were NICE!! They actually seemed like they enjoyed their job, instead of being put out by you. They answered all my questions and again...just so kind. I was scheduled with Dr. Hardy. I was extremely nervous and he took the time to explain things and put my mind at ease. The procedure was painless!! He numbed only the area he was working on instead of my entire mouth like some dentist... Him and the assistant were so gentle, I seriously almost fell asleep....DURING A ROOT CANAL! Thanks for restoring my faith in dentistry Dr. Hardy. Did I mention the girls gave me a rose when I left??? I thought lollipops and stickers were awesome as a kid.....but this!??! Loved it!!!!!

About Front Desk: Already mentioned in my review of Dr. Hardy... but its worth saying again. THE BEST FRONT DESK STAFF EVER! Answered all my questions, knew about insurance billing, prompt. Not snobby or rude at all. Can't stress enough.... AWESOME AWESOME!

Dr. Hardy is caring and compassionate. He is highly experienced, knowledgeable, and skilled. He has a great chair-side manner. His staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Hardy for any type of endontic related procedures. Throughout the years, I have had several root canals, the procedures have been pain-free.

I was very pleased. His assistant and him worked in tandem. It was amasing. It was quick and painfree for a route canal. I reccommended him to my son and my best friend.

My experience with Dr. Hardy was awful! There was no explanation of procedure before or what was happening during the root canal. He was unable to completely numb the area and I felt very uncomfortable during the procedure. He was obviously having trouble from his attitude (getting frustrated) during the procedure and was rushed and rough. After enduring all of that he was not even courteous enough to make a follow up call to see how I was doing. When I explained this to my dentist she was angry and will no longer send him patients. For the last year I have been suffering from pain in that tooth and finally after several attempted adjustments from my dentist ad grinding the crown the whole way down to metal she said their was no other recourse but to return to him to see if their was a problem with the root canal and now he says it looks like I have fracture under the tooth.... Soo now after a year of pain I am left with two choices of which he hasn't explained I can either have another expensive surgery to see what exactly is under tooth or extraction. Neither of the two choices is appetizing to me and I do not feel that I should pay for either and I shouldn't have had to pay for the root canal in the first place. Do You ??
