We have been seeing Dr. Milo for 9 years now, and I have nothing but positive things to say about him and his staff. Due to overcrowding and a small mouth, my daughter has had to have several teeth pulled prior to beginning orthodontic work. They were very good with her as far as happy gas and numbing. My son had to have his gums scaled back, as they grew down with his permanent teeth. Again, they were very good with him about making sure he was relaxed and comfortable. I can't say anything bad about them. The kids are always happy when I see them afterwards, and have never seemed distressed or uncomfortable.

Will not be going back to Scott Milo with our family. A total jerk. Makes nasty comments to our children in front of his staff. Made over $640 for 30 minutes of work or less. Glad to get rid of him. There are plenty of good dentists in Brevard County. Our family would not recommend this one.

Run the other way. My son and I waited 52 minutes past our appointment time before his name was called. After discussing my son's dental problems in the waiting room, which I thought was inappropriate, the assistant stated I was not allowed in the back with my son. I told her I didn't feel comfortable with that because this was his first time at this dental office. We were only there for a consultation! She stated this was office policy, parents are not allowed back with their children. My son is only 6! We left.

Scott Milo is the least considerate and caring doctor. I took my five years old son at the Melbourne office, and he scared the crap out of my son. He even hit him because my son was scared and tense. My baby was even afraid to tell me. God knows what he told him to scare him off like that. I truly thought that I was taking my son to a doctor who truly cares. Scott Milo is an animal and does not deserve his title. It is such a horrible task to take my son to any dentist now because of his dreadful experience with Milo. I hope God would give him what he truly deserves. Please parents, if you have to go to this doctor just make sure to go inside with your kids.

Both of my sons see Dr. Milo. The staff is incredibly friendly and accomodating. Every time I have been there I have had an opportunity to speak with Dr. Milo when the exams are complete. We have been very pleased.

He was supposed to talk with us first but never came out! After hearing the horror story from my grandson after he came out I can understand why the coward didnt want to talk to us before he yanked my grandsons teeth out without putting him to sleep like they said they would do! Id like to put the staff in a chair and pull thier teeth out the same way!!!!!

About Front Desk: Front desk girls were impatient,rude,condesending and liars! They told us on the phone that my grandson would be asleep when they pulled his teeth. Liars. He came out crying and telling us that lady told him that shes not playing games with him to be quiet..that 1 lady held his left arm and another held his right are and the guy pulling his two front teeth put his leg on top of his legs to hold him down!!!! Hes 3 and 1/2 years old for goodness sake! These people are MONSTERS! uncaring and without compassion. Lie to your face and torture your poor child! Pam is one of the coldest hearted people Ive ever talked to. RUN from this place! BELIEVE every horror story your child says! They need to be shut down. Moneymongers! Childhaters! Probably satanists too! Luck they didnt sacrifice my poor little grandson! oh and to top it all off they said his one tooth was abcessed but didnt even give him an antibiotic!!!!! OMG! Sickening! My grandson has been hoorably scarred by these idiots!

My three year old had his teeth cleaned. He did great with it, but wasn't so happy with the dentist. Dr. Milo threatened to hold my son down to show me his teeth, as well as yelled at my son when he became frustrated and started acting out about the situation. I called the office the next day to speak with Dr. Milo about his treatment of my son. He basically told me my son deserved it and was not very nice, nor did he apologize. Dr. Milo does not have the patience and compassion to deal with small children. Dr. Milo has three offices. We visited the Melbourne office. The staff was very nice and friendly, but Dr. Milo is not.

About Hygienist: Donna was my son's hygienist. My son loved her. She was great with him, and he did very well for his first cleaning.
