Besides my regular treatments, I have just had a crown completed. I could not be more pleased with the quality of Dr Jaillet's work. Her new office is beautiful and all the staff there are extremely helpful. I have no dental insurance. I do not find Dr Jaillet expensive.

Dr Jaillet is very caring, knowledgable, experienced, informative and also is a high quality dentist. I was at my last visit and I over heard her and her front desk going above and beyond to help a non insured patient apply for multiple insurance companies for dental coverage, instead of taking his/her money and saying see you next time, like I said very caring! Its not just about $$$$ with Dr. Jaillet, a treating dentist first and then a place of business.

About Hygienist: Rosemary RDH is extremely thorough, gentle, informative and friendly, you leave with oral hygiene instructions not a lecture. Call what are you waiting for!!

I came to Dr. Jaillet on an emergency basis for a failed root canal which was performed by an endodontic at another office. While it is understood that not all root canals are successful, sure enough, my root canal failed and resulted in an extremely painful infection along with fractured roots. Because I am a Mass Health patient, I believe Dr. Jaillet inhumanely treated my case, as a Mass Health patient, with extreme discrimination. She gave me the bare minimum, an antibiotic, so that infection would not become life threatening, and a common and ineffective pain reliever which was no match for the type of pain and dental issue I was having. She did however, give me an excellent referral to have the tooth extracted. I did ask her for a more sufficient pain reliever for a dental issue such as this, she refused unsympathetically. I went 9 days in this pain until the scheduled extraction. On the day of the extraction with the referred surgeon, that dentist had told me he wished I had come to him earlier .... this type of dental issue is extremely painful. He then extracted the tooth, prescribed a different antibiotic and an effective pain reliever. I will not refer my established acquaintances to Dr. Jaillet who do have ins.
