Had a tooth extracted by Dr. Valiente. He is very professional and the staff is great. They made me feel relaxed. I didn't feel any pain during the procedure and afterwards. The office staff called me the next day to see how I was doing. Very caring! I highly recommend their services

I was so nervous. I am a dental assistant. I know a lot of dentist but I was looking for a good one. And when it gets to the point of me being a patient, I am a chicken..this Dr is the best. He did an excellent work. He extrated #17.. No pain, no bleeding, no infection, no swelling. Now am saving $ to do the other 3 wisdom teeth. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone is so professional. I highly recommend this office and this Dr..love him. Adiany

Dr. Valiente's office overcharges upfront by several hundred dollars. They speak Spanish in front of you so they can talk about you even during surgery. I know because I was awake and am white but speak Spanish. The way they make you go in and watch a video in a little room and then try and get your money like your in a time share presentation is terrible. Makes you have more anxiety and stress. Then they will give you laughing gas and walk out of the room leaving you alone. Which they are not suppossed to do. Don't go there.

About Front Desk: Pad your bill. Maybe it's because they have a high number of hispanic clientele but I feel they are trying to cheat them. They get an estimate from your insurance but just add another $200 on top and make you pay it up front cash. Don't expect to get it back Magali does not like to refund.

he is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. he answered all my questions and my surgery experiece was excellent.

The Dr. was fine but his nurses were horrible. After being through 7 major surgeries in 6 years I was anxious, rightfully so. The Nurses acted like I was being a baby. For $960.00 for a 30 minute procedure ACT LIKE YOU CARE. Please see this Dr if you like being treated like a chump! Yours Truly Dissatisfied

He was very informative no complaints about dealing with the dr. directly unfortunately his office manager and front office staff are not helpful, and very rude.

About Front Desk: The office manager / billing specialist Magaly was very rude. The price quoted to me after going through my insurance was outrageous and they are in net work providers. When I questioned the amount, I was given a price for each extraction and the sedation, however, when asked for an itemized copy of it she refused said she would send it to my insurance and it would take 3-4weeks, immediately kept brushing me off to leave the room. I called my insurance and they told me I could get the procedure codes from the dentist office so finally I did. I called somewhere else they were charging me nearly half what I was quoted at this office, called the insurance again to see if they could tell me exactly how much this office should be charging me and low and behold i was quoted $381 for each of my 2 extractions when the insurance said their price is $294 and I was over charged for all 4 other extractions as well as for the sedation. The lady was rude and I will NEVER recommend anyone go there again. Sorry I'm smart and know how to do math, it just didn't add up!
