Costumer for years. Huge misquote on work. Their exact words were yes I'm sure this is the price you will pay. Then I receive a bill for almost same amount I paid that day. They admit mistake but not willing to meet halfway or even try to amend. Will never give them another dime. Disgusted I've been going for so long to dishonest people.

This was my original review… I was very disappointed today at this office. After being a patient here for many years I noticed that there was WiFi in the office. I go to various offices routinely and enjoy the WiFi at these locations. Today I brought my Kindle to this office and wanted to check my email etc. There is WiFi in this office and I asked the desk person for the PW. for the WiFi. She said that they did not have WiFi. I showed her that there was indeed Wifi available. She then said she didn't know the PW. If they have Wifi..doesn't it make sense that the office staff would know of it and the PW? Perhaps the office staff is incompetent or just lying....I am not sure. I am not criticizing the competence of the Dentist or his dental assistants., but the front office needs to be better informed. the WiFi is there..why not extend it use to the patients that actually spend money for the other services? I received this respose…or rather a non – response.. Today at 1:32 PM Dear Dr. K., We are truly sorry that you did not understand our policy. I will make it a point to go over it again with our staff so that they may explain it better to patient’s who ask. It is true we do have Wi-Fi----but it is only inner office pers

I took my upper plate in to have a tooth replaced that came out. They tried to charge me $275.00. They did not do anything but send it to dental lab. outrageous !! Would not patronize this dentist again.Someone needs to investigate their pricing. Would not recommend this dentist to anyone!

Had nothing but pain & agony from this practice. From the beginning I was lied to about their capabilities. They are good sales people, but don't deliver on their promises. Dr. Palmer is young and inexperienced, and not capable of much. The office staff is incapable of producing accurate insurance estimates, and make mistakes in scheduling times, etc. causing major inconveniences for patients. I would not recommend this practice to my worst enemy!
