Dr. VanVarick is great! She was so professional, knowledgeable, nice. I was really comfortable in her office. Highly recommended.

About Hygienist: Dee was amazing with my family. She was very thorough and wonderful with my 3 year old son.

Dr Van Varick is wonderful: friendly and thorough. My issue is with the front office. Dr recemented a crown and added me as a new patient. I then had my appointment for X-rays and evaluation. I thought I was getting my teeth cleaned but that's another appointment. When I called to book that I was told the first available was over 6 months away and I'd need new X-rays then. I could be placed on a cancellation list. What a shame.

About Front Desk: the women I spoke with saw no issue with booking new patients when the office couldn't clean their teeth for half a year.

Partials and cleaning. Partial was poorly made and never fit right. Dr. Van Varick would not refund my monies paid. She was very condescending and defensive. Her appearance was poor and unprofessional. Appointment was postponed due to her being sick then she treated me when she had a bad cold.

About Front Desk: Cissy is condescending and unprofessional. Unfriendly and hard to deal with.

The office changed my appointment without notifying me. I showed up for the appointment I had scheduled and the receptionist informed me she could see my appointment existed in the system, but it had been changed to a month and a half out and I wouldn't be able to be seen until then. I asked to speak with the office manager and sat in the seating area waiting for her to arrive. Cissy came to the desk, did not ask me to come up to her, and started yelling "what do you want me to keep my hygentists here after five?" I again explained that my appointment was scheduled for now and the receptionist had verified that it was in there; however someone had changed it and not notified me. She continued to be rude and shouted in front of other patients. II explained that a simple apology and acknowledgement of the inconvenience would suffice to which she said " I'm not apologizing for anything I didn't do". She then pointed to a man in a wheelchair and said "why don't you ask him if he wants to switch with you?". I asked to speak with the dr and told her I didn't mind waiting and she refused, instead saying "you can get yourself a new dentist".

About Front Desk: I left work early and drove the hour over there because I recently moved but had been going to Dr. Van Varick for the past six years and like her so much I wanted to stay with her; however, I have never experienced such horrible customer service. Cissy was unprofessional, unethical, and disrespectful toward me as well as the other patients including the man in the wheelchair whom she chose to call out. I will never go to this dentist again and I will not recommend her to anyone. It's a shame she has such a horrible staff member representing her.

About Hygienist: My hygentist was great with every cleaning. It's the supportive staff who dampen this dental office.
