Extremely gentle, explained the procedure completely, assured my complete physical comfort (soft towel under my head, blanket over me). Staff completely helpful with scheduling and insurance. Dr. Murata personally called me at home to give me the follow-up lab test results. I never thought I could be this happy about a dentist!!! If you have to have endodontistry, this is the man to see.
