I made the mistake of complaining about the quality of dental work I received and Dr. Crupi scolded me like a terrible parent would speak to a child. Instead of apologizing for the work not being satisfactory, he made it seem like it was my fault for waiting too long to complain and he did everything in his power to make me feel foolish for having the audacity to imply that the work his office preformed was not up to industry standards. I was not asking for anything to be fixed free and was prepared to pay for him to correct the poor work another doctor on his staff preformed. Unfortunately, Dr. Crupi clearly has no concept of how to treat people, especially his customers. He treated me with utter contempt. This was a simple issue of a discolored filling and there was absolutely no reason for Dr. Crupi to be so unpleasant and condescending. I will happily pay another dentist to correct the work.I would like to add that the dental hygienist did an outstanding job. I am so sorry she has to work for such an irascible man.
