I never got to meet the Dr. I made an appointment and something came up, so when the receptionist called me to confirm and I told her I had to cancel she proceeded to treat me horrible; including hanging up, refusing to reschedule, talking down to me, refusing to give the Dr. a message, and threatening me. The woman in the office should not be around kids, and if the Dr. condones this behavior neither should she. Please be careful taking you children around this woman, she is scary and seems to have anger issues.

They do not allow you to go back with your child, even if it is their first visit to a dentist and they are nervous. She is rude to the parent and unbending in the appointment schedule. I had to schedule an appointment for my child six months in advance, then she treated us poorly. My child needed a filling and she drilled on the tooth with out using novocaine/lidocaine. When my child said it hurt she said that the child was unco-operative and gave me attitude. The filling fell out 2 days later and had to be filled again, I chose a different dentist tis time who did it correctly and did not treat my child or me poorly. All she wants is the money, she does not care about her patients at all.
