I recently moved from quincy and now have a new dentist. About a month passed since I had last been to Delcupilos office, where she supposedly had filled my number four molar, My xrays I had done at new dental office is showing I have a cavity where this scamer supposedly had filled...my number 4! the dental asst also said it looked like the tooth was filled partially...mind you this is one instance and proof that I wasnt going crazy and wondering why I suddenly had cavities, and why over a year my oral health was not improving?! Curse this dr./nasty woman for breaking a patients trust and causing harm to the unexpected. She should not be in practice.

About Front Desk: Very nice woman 5

About Hygienist: She was polite and did her job in a professional and timely manner.4

I have been seeing Dr. Del Cupolo for approx. 15 years, and highly recommend her to anyone. Dr. D. is professional and the office is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Treatment procedures and options have always discussed with me.

Very pleased with this dentist. Seems very conscientious. They do not carry out unnecessary procedures, but they are very concerned and recommend procedures when necessary. Have had good cleanings by the hygenist there as well.

Dr. Del Cupolo is always very pleasent and answers all my questions. She also has given great advice and fixed another dentist's mistakes with my crowns. She had to replace two they were so poorly done and now I have no issues and they look great! I highly recommend her!!

The dentist and hygienists were friendly, and the facility was nice and clean. The first time I went in, the dentist said I had a small cavity and it need to be drilled and filled. I had not had cavities since grade school (a very long time ago), so I had my doubts. I went in and got it filled anyway. After talking to my coworkers, I have found out that this dentist makes a habit of saying you have a cavity when you actually do not. My coworker stated that his friend went to this dentist, who said his friend had a cavity. His friend went to get a second opinion, and that dentist cleared him. After reading another instance of this, I will not go back to this dentist. I would not recommed her to new patients. She will just make money off of you.

I couldn't agree more with the other review - well written and RIGHT ON! I suffered minor trauma to my teeth as a result of a sports injury and upon reviewing my x-rays, Dr. Del Cupolo referred me to a Periodontist never clueing me in that something was terribly wrong - and it had nothing to do with my minor injury. After a full eval at a Periodontist office I learned that I was in the throes of advanced periodontal disease and would most likely lose several teeth because of significant bone loss. If it wasn't for my injury I would never have known of this situtaion, despite being followed by Dr. Del Cupolo and her office 3 x per year for cleanings and check ups. I too am religious about flossing, taking good care of and cleaning my teeth. I was shocked and so disheartened to learn this news. Needless to say, I said to her "YOU'RE FIRED!". Stay away. Stay very far away!

My family has been going to Dr. Del Cupolo for several years now with increasing concerns as to her competancy and true dedication to patients. She does not explain her findings/ treatments to her patients and when asked, almost takes affront to the possibility that you could question her. I have had two cavitiies filled by her and both times she did not use enough novicane. I have also been skeptical as to whether or not I really did have cavities. During my last visit, she took x-rays and announced that I had yet another cavity (note, I, brush and floss religously and have always had fantastic check-ups before moving to Quincy). I asked her to show me where the cavity was in the x-ray and she replied, that I would have trouble seeing it and left the room! The poor hygenist was left apologizing for her severe lack of chair-side manners! I have since moved to another Dentist in the area who announced that my teeth had a clean bill of health - NO CAVITY! My husband made a comment that I think sums up Dr. Del Cupolo. She is making herself rich (example: the big BMW SUV which she proudly parks in the tiny lot behind her office) at the expense of her patients via gratuitous dental work. My suggestion, avoid Del Cupolo
