My family and I am very happy with the dental work we get at Dr Corben's as well as how we are treated. They do a great job with dental-phobes.There is no need to get nervous about going to the dentist here. I have had many crowns and 2 implants and everything has held up great. My spouse has had onlays and a bridge as well. Everything has help up fantastically. You definitely get what you pay for...and it's worth it. No cheap looking cosmetic work, just the best.

About Front Desk: Tracey and Melissa are so sweet They are always helpful. You can tell they like their positions there.

I cannot say enough good things about this practice. I have been a patient for over 3 decades and the work holds up well and always looks good. I have one implant that is over 7 years and it functions great. I also have two crowns that are over 20 years old and have had the Invisalign treatment to ficx my bite. I did the cosmetic whitening over 6 years ago. It did not hurt and still looks good. Three generations of our family are patients and we would not consider going anywhere else.

About Front Desk: Everyone is always very caring and accommodating. This is a very organized place to go for care. The desk coordinators have always been easy to work with. The cost of treatment has always been estimated and no problems there.

I originally found Dr. Corbin through the web when I was searching for a dentist to help with a temporary bridge that had cracked. Dr Corbin seemed very nice, and empathetic, and assured me it could be fixed for 250-300 dollars. When I went to the office with this expectation, i met a couple very personable hygienists and then a lady doctor. All were very pleasant. After I got in the chair, and the dentist started assessing things, was when things fell apart. The receptionist manager came in and told me the procedure would be roughly 8000, by the following Friday, and asked how I was going to pay. Needless to say I was surprised and shocked, embarrassed as well because I had advised Dr. Corbin when we spoke what I could afford to pay. I assumed that it was merely an administrative mistake, and texted Dr. Corbin ( still on vacation where I had originally chatted with him on the phone in Arizona), who said he would take a look when he got back to town. When he did, I again contacted Dr. Corbin, who agreed to a price of 561 (never mentioning his prior stated price of 250-300), and told me to make an appointment. I did, advising the receptionist I did not have the 561 that day, but since it would be a two appointment thing, asked if I could I pay half then and half the next week on installation. At this point the receptionist merely laughed, and said she needed payment on the day services were provided, to which I said since services are to be provided on two dates it made sense to make two payments. She said she asked Dr Corbin, and he said he needed the money up front. In any event, several days passed (now more than 3 weeks since first contact with Dr Corbin telling me it could be fixed the next day for $250-300), and I called to book the appointment, the minimum delay now projected til the 25th of February, another 10 days from the date of scheduling the appt. Despite a desire to get this fixed more quickly, I said OK to the appointment. Today, after a month has elapsed, I get a call from a receptionist telling me Doctor Corbin canceled the appointment for the 25th. I feel sorry for the nice people who work for him, and for the patients Dr. Corbin treats this way. An honorable and ethical man would have done what he said he would do, instead of using these bait and switch tactics and then cowering behind an abrasive office manager. If you had no intention of living to your word, shame on you. I intend to make sure this story and the other similar stories Ive found get distributed to anyone considering using your services, and I intend to file formal complaints with appropriate regulatory authorities for fraudulent business practices. To the dental assistants and the other doctor who work in the Danvers office, I want to thank you for being gracious and helpful. IF YOU NEED VALIDATION OF MY RECOMMENDATION, PLEASE CONTACT ME thibodeau62@gmail.com

I went to the Dr. Corben's offices in Salem (on Essex st.) and this fell this practice is concerned with one thing only: ensuring maximum profit with little to no regard for the care of the patient, even to the point of dishonesty. I arrived for my first appointment no more than one year from my previous dentist, and they very quickly "discovered" FIVE new cavities! Then, before cleaning they informed me I had an "unusual" amount of hard plaque that would require two "special" cleanings, even requiring some local anesthesia for the procedure, which was quite expensive. I left feeling scammed. A few days later I canceled everything, and went to another local dentist for a second opinion and guess what? They found two (not five) very minor cavities that they said almost were not worth doing. Three years later and those other three never have shown back up, apparently having magically gone away.

I just had my first visit at Dr. Corben's office. I never had as thorough exam with the dentist as I had with Dr. Corben. I was so amazed at his professionalism, expertise and use of today's highest technology. He actually used a laser to detect if there was any decay in areas of concern. Luckily there was no decay but I was diagnosed with gingivitis am I am so confident that Dr. Corben and his highly trained hygienists will be able to help me achieve a healthy smile. I will be referring Dr. Corben to all my friends and family. Thank you Dr. Corben, I know I am in good hands!!! Diane S.
