I went to several dentist before i found Dr. Chang .she had patience with me (i was terrified of dentist).Thanks to her and the great office staff. I can smile.

About Front Desk: Felicia is the best .I have a hectic work schedule but felicia would always work with me.

My procedure included upper and lower extractions and immediate dentures. Dr Chang's chair side manner is A+. She knows her stuff and I will recommend her highly to anyone who needs dental services.

About Front Desk: The front staff is friendly and very professional. Although this was a dramatic procedure I am so glad I chose Dr Chang and her staff to provide my care. They made a horrible experience very tolerable. They even called me twice the afternoon after the procedure.

About Hygienist: I didn't get the young lady's name but she was very confident and made me feel very welcome and cared for during the visit.

Dr. Chang had my kid in tears, very unfriendly could not go back with my child to room! The staff there said it was the policy that my 2- year old child could not be supervised by me the parent!! Then there info sheets where dry erase boards what kind of half-ass practice don't allow the parents to comfort there children when meeting new people / better yet putting metal objects in there mouth!! VERY BAD DOCTOR!!!!

About Front Desk: So we went in it took the front staff 15:00 min. To speak to me while they are right in front of me they must have a good conversation going because once they did address me they went right back to there conversation!!! What a joke!!!

She is a horrible doctor. She was completely rude to my child. She made him cry and is the unfriendliest doctor I have ever met. Let alone surgeon, I don't know how she does surgery let alone have patients.
