Dr. Lina is one of the best I ever had. The clinic is state of the art and she's very competent. I also believe holds a senior position at BU School of Dentistry. She's on top of the latest technological advancements and her hand is very light!

One of the best dentists in the Boston area. Her place is always clean, the bathroom actually smells good all the time. Her staff is very professional and helpful. Everyone is pleasant and Dr Al Aswad is very caring. She makes every effort to make you comfortable and asks you many times throughout the procedure if you are OK or if you need anything. I don't fear going to the dentist with her. And if you are a Muslim woman looking for a good female dentist, she is the one! There is even a place to pray in the back if you need to!

I am so disappointed with Dr. Al-Aswad's staff, but she is a good dentist. Irregardless of the fact that we have spent over $4,000 for her to treat our daughter, her office mistreated us. We received a bill in the mail and wanted to use the WageWorks debit card since my company's policy is that all such expenses be paid that way. We were told that since they don't take credit cards over the phone, if we don't come in person to pay the $45 balance, then we must pay a $10 late fee. My daughter's cleaning appointment was in 28 days and they couldn't said that it doesn't matter. This inflexibility based on their inability to charge me the correct amount after the procedure and their unwillingness to show any flexibility with an established patient shows a bureaucracy that should not exist in such a small practice. Then we called to say we wanted our daughter's records since we're going to another dentist, the receptionist said that there is a $50 charge for this service. The records belong to us but legally they have to keep the originals, so copies cost $50 to make! When I told her that I didn't want the x-rays but just the other paperwork which can be photocopied in 3 minutes, she then said it was all or nothing. Wow!

The best customer service at any medical facility by miles. The dentist and her staff are true professionals. Dr. AlAswad is extremely conscientious about her work, her teeth cleanings are great, its like a spa for your mouth/teeth. Will continue to go back for treatment

I have had nothing but a pleasant dental experience since I have fount this dentist. She has very good tecniques when it comes to treating babies and toddlers. Her office is equiped with dvd and tons of childrens movies to take the child's...or adults mind off of the dental procedures being done. Her office is modern with new equipment. She has always had a caring and concerned staff. I would definitely recommend her for your child's dental work. concerned parent of 2 toddlers and a coward when it comes to the dentist's chair.
