Not happy at all with Teeth Whitening/Bleaching - at all. Sat threw 1 hr of painful whitening, costing over $500, and could only result in 2 shades whiter. You can barely tell!! should of just had the cleaning and left. Will never return or recommend.

I was treated very rudely by Dr Claeys, and spoken to as if I was a badly behaved teenager instead of a 35 year old woman. I was berated for ten minutes about my oral condition, and told I was destroying myself. Ignored my x-rays and ignored that i have a very large overbite, and have had chronic dry mouth for fourteen years. Spoke to me in an abusive tone, and threatened that i would not be given a kidney transplant should they fail because I had such terrible gum disease (despite the fact that heart problems stem from gum disease, not kidney problems!) I have to get dentures because I'm allergic to titanium, I did a lot of research on the subject. Also, her behaviour leads the casual observer to believe my mouth is a wasteland, while it IS in a poor state, my teeth are not even rotting out of my head. I have a few cavities, my front lower teeth are loose, but I can chew and I don't have any physical signs of gum disease. My gums ARE reddish and slightly swollen looking but have been my entire life, even when I was regularly visiting the dentist. It's natural, if odd. Also, the "payment plan" is stupid, you can extract whatever number of teeth you like, but be prepared to drop $4k on the last day in order to GET the dentures

About Front Desk: Polite, but detached.

My first visit there was traumatic due to the fact Dr Claeys showed no compassion in my mouth after I told her I was scared to death of dentists! She replied, after hurting my mouth," you are grown and acting like this?" I never went back and I informed my insurance carrier! Procedures done ~ 2 extractions, xrays, and examination. Dr Claeys cahirside manners were terrible; however, her staff was very nice and professional. No, I will not recommend this dentist to anyone.
