I have been going there for last 5 years. I always found Dr. Ohri to be very helpful in explaining what i need. Receptionists are very nice and courteous. I had 2 crown done. Office is always neat and clean. Hygienits are very nice and take their time in doing a thorough and comprehensive cleaning. I had excellent experinec every time I go to office.
I would strongly recommend Dr. Ohri to everyone. She is the best dentist in the area.

Dr. Ohri is our family dentist and treating all of us for last 15 years. Everyone in our family loves Dr. Ohri. Excellent office and personnels. All other dentists in the office are very good too. Would recommend Dr. Ohri to anyone without any reservation.

My family is seeing Dr Ohri for last 5 years and found all the work done (cavity filling, crown, bridge,root-canal) in a very professional manner. Dr Ohri explained everything very patiently and recommened many alternates for us to reveiew before procedures were done. Dr. Ohri always did what was best for our case.
Dr. Ohri is one of the best dnetists we have seen.
About Hygienist: Hygienists at Dr Ohri's office are very experienced and do excellent work by taking their time and expalining everything.

I have been seeing Dr. Ohri for last 10 years. I always got excellent treatment during every visit. Office staff was alway very helpful and to the point. Only once the staff made an error in claim but that was aso my fault as I provided the wrong information. Dr. Ohri and all other dentists are very professional and well respected among their peers.
I strongly recommend this office for all dental needs.

I don't usually spend the time to post reviews online, but my experience over 3 visits to this dental office has been so consistently and remarkably terrible that I feel compelled to warn others: if you have any other option, choose it.
I waited 45min to 1hour on every visit. Then another 15-30 minutes in the chair "relaxing" while you wait for the "dentist" to finish small-talking. I overheard other patients complaining about the same issue on multiple occasions.
They won't know why you're there. They will lose your records. One thing they won't do is display anything like professionalism or confidence. This place it to be avoided at all costs. Ohri herself is certainly the queen of nightmares (a meaner scowl is rarely seen, and her derision at patients who dare express pain is something to fear,) but even Cipriani who simply leases space there a few days a month is just as incompetent and oblivious to patient concerns, even if he's not as evil. (IF).
The catty, chatty, patient-ignoring mean ladies behind the reception desk are simply the icing on the cake of unpleasantness.
About Hygienist: Generally nice, although they're all obviously tired of making excuses for the long waits and confused staff (by staff I mean the dentists and the receptionists.)

Dr. Ohri is awesome! If you're looking for a dentist in the Framingham/Boston area then I strongly recommend her practice. She is unbelievably knowledgeable/experienced and extremely caring. I've been a patient of her's for 10 years now and she has taken superb care of me (braces, 6 month cleanings, several extractions, etc.).
