this dental office/dentist was a great experience for me! I am a big baby about going to the dentist but they were all so warm & reassuring, which put me at total ease (as much as I can be! lol) it didn't help my anxiety to see these obviously bogus reports, because everyone there was so nice, the office was as clean as any other office I've been to, and the dentist saved a tooth that I was positive was a total goner! I have no desire to go anywhere else for my future dental needs! oh, and did I mention that the dental assistant even held my hand when I had a panic attack?? I'm 34 years old and I've never seen another assistant be so compassionate & nonjudgmental! I'm not sure of the cost of their services because everything I had done was covered by my Masshealth. I would definitely recommend this dentist to my family & friends, & I'm hoping that others will give this dental practice a chance, I'm really glad I did! ~Erin W.
About Front Desk: the receptionist was so nice & accommodating when I called for an appointment. She fit me in right away, which she didn't have to do! I really enjoyed chatting with her while I was checking in. I really wish I could remember her name, but she was a thin woman with long brown hair.

I have to have the poor work Dr. Bamford did REDONE by another dentist for more $$$$
Her office is very poorly run, and for some reason she allows the woman at the front desk and most of her staff to be rude to her paying customers.
Just BEWARE and STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
About Hygienist: Hygienist is not friendly and is very brief. She does a minimal cleaning job at best.

I went here with some routine tooth pain. After dealing with the rude nast B**** at the front desk I was brought to a dirty exam room and without any xray's and a quick exam she told me that I need a route canal and a crown and she prescribed me percocet. The whole process was going to cost upwards of 2000.00 dollars. I thought this was kind of high and I didn't think the pain was that bad to warrant a route canal. I went to greendale dental to get a second opinion. He told me that I had a sinus infection that was pressing on the nerve so he prescribed anti biotics and sent me home. Three days later my tooth was fine. BEWARE .
