Did not listen to my explanation of the problem and insisted that shaving my tooth down would solve the problem. I described having an infection and going on multiple rounds of antibiotics, but it made no difference; he was sure that the problem was that my tooth was in occlusion. Obviously, it didn't fix the problem. With the cost of the visit and the time wasted, in addition to not being listened to, it was a frustrating experience.

Greatest dentist. He is listens carefully, plans patiently, and performs gently. Can't say enough good things.

He is the kindest and most pleasant dentist I've ever been to. He's very thoughtful when working on your teeth. For example, I'm afraid of needles so when I had to get several shots of novacaine I began to sweat, get light-headed and dizzy. Dr. Ferrari took time to get me a wet rag and placed it on my head. It can be scary going to a new dentist, but trust that you will be safe and comfortable in Dr. Ferrari's chair. His staff is great too!
