The facility is nice and clean, but unfortunately that is the only nice thing I am going to say about this dentist’s office. The first time I went in there, there was no air conditioner. The hygienist kept on apologizing to the other hygienist that was in the room, but never to me. They don't pay attention while they are flossing; all of them have long finger nails!! Really?! Do they realize how painful it every time they dig their long fingernails into your gums while they floss your teeth? I just had to make another appointment because the doctor did my filling incorrectly for the SECOND TIME!! Left a jagged piece in there. The first time I went in there he decided to grind away at it with no novo cane, accidentally touched the side of my cheek, which by the way was painfully bleeding for a half a day. And he pretended not to notice! He just dabbed at the blood that was coming out. No apology. Another time I had to get some deep tissue cleaning done. This doctor does not know how to give shots. Ouch! I kept making noises to tell him that it hurts. He didn't even acknowledge me. Worst dentist experience ever!! I am cancelling my next appointment with them.
