You will be lucky to get in. They are quite popular. The people are friendly. The facility is state of the art. I love being in my chair, having an x-ray taken and two minutes later looking at the xray on the tv in front of me. I have been going to this office for over five year and the staff has always been friendly, office is always clean, and the professionalism is top notch.

You know how once you find that PERFECT mechanic, dentist, or doctor... you never ever leave? Well... this is the place. Very friendly, staff has been the same for many years, and they are clearly very good at what they do. They are very busy, but always... and I mean always, treat you like you are the only one there. Priceless.
I have had crowns, a tooth guard made, cavities filled, and a deep teeth cleaning. Excellent.

I had a good experience here. Facilities are small, staff was friendly, difficult to get an appointment however I was seen promptly at my designated appointment time (no waiting).

I highly recommend this Dr. He explained before the procedure & made recommendations afterwards. His new facility is tremendously improved over the former delapadated building he practiced in. A highly competant dentist who accepted my dental insurance whereas a former dentist refused later in time. Highly recommended!

I was pleasantly surprised after my first visit to Dr. Mastella's office. Baltimore City can be a tough place to find comforting health care, but this office made me feel safe and welcome right away!
The office was clean, well decorated and the staff was very friendly. Parking is a breeze (and FREE) in the lot behind the office, right next to the Belevedere.
Only negative comment would be regarding the length of time it took for x-rays. I had to go through the process 2 or 3 times before they came out correctly. I believe this had more to do with a new nurse, rather than the overall facility.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Mastella's practice to anyone!

Very honest, does not tell you need work that's unnecessary like other dentists do. Very trustworthy. Nice too!

Dr. Mastella is good and I would recomend him. Great bedside manners. Staff is helpful.
-The office is very busy and getting an appointment is very hard.
-My only other complaint is that office is in a horrible building in which the elevator does not work most of the time.
