I have been to this practice three times in the last month and I am so impressed by their services, customer service, and friendliness. I have had three fillings done, they made sure that I was without pain and comfortable the whole time. They even offered me headphones to be distracted. The office staff is professional and appointments are easy to schedule.

About Hygienist: Karen Schramek, RDH is a great hygienist. She even having me a good flossing tutorial to help me keep my dental care routine as good as possible.

I have had been coming to this dentist for years. I have had crowns replaced and teeth whitened. I have been able to get me and my child into see him during a couple of emergencies (root canal and teeth injured during sports). He is always very pleasant and accomodating. He has always been gentle with my kids who are not afraid of seeing a dentist.

About Hygienist: Mrs. Schramek is quick and gentle when cleaning my teeth and they always feel clean.

I know this doctor: 15 years

This dentist seems competent and did a good job caring for my teeth. Patients in his waiting room said he was great and that they'd gone to him for years. My first appointment was very stressful, though. I thought I was going in for a cleaning and exam, and his assistant said we would start by doing some x-rays. I expected about 4 x-rays, and after about 15, I finally felt I had to ask what was going on. I was then informed that they wanted to do a full set of x-rays (about 24, I believe). They prefer to do a ton of separate ones b/c they get a clearer view than from a panoramic x-ray. I felt this should have been explained to me before they began. I wasn't comfortable being subjected to so many x-rays, but by the time I found out their plan, I felt I had no choice but to finish. I also had to pay $20 extra for a gum exam, but I was not told until checkout that there would be an extra fee for that. After a 90 minute 1st appt. I had to come back for a 2nd appointment before they would clean my teeth! They said the 1st appointment was just for them to see what was going on in my mouth. It was a busy time in my life, and I had not anticipated having to make time for 2 appts. in order to get a simple cleaning.
