Dr. Miles was amazing! He is the greatest! He was so friendly and he listened to every concern I had. I really wish that I could continue to see him but the terrible, awful "office manager" refuses to let the staff schedule my appointment so I cannot complete the second part of my procedure.
About Front Desk: Billing department is not good. The "office manager" is terrible and she is not knowledgeable. the way she treated me was awful. Jessica is great though, she should be the office manager. She is so knowledgable and helpful. She answered all of my questions and helped me resolve all of my issue. Jessica is the best! Jessica is absolutely wonderful!
About Hygienist: The hygienist I had was wonderful. very helpful and informative. she went above and beyond. I wish I could see her again.

I thought Dr. Melnick was attentive, friendly, and overall made my experience a good one. It was my first visit, so he took a good amount of time to analyze my teeth and x-rays. I did not feel rushed at all. I have recommended him for family members.
About Hygienist: I do not recall her name, but she was very nice and put me at ease. She was very pleasant to deal with!
