At my 1st checkup, Dr Baer pointed out a cavity and recommended filling it. At my 2nd checkup, she said that the cavity hadn't changed and that she still recommended filling it. However, the paper I received from her office for the 1st checkup recommended filling a different tooth than the paper for the 2nd checkup.
When I called her office to ask what had gone wrong, the assistant Rochelle couldn't find my treatment plan from the 1st checkup, didn't apologize or acknowledge the mistake, didn't consult the hygienist or Dr Baer, and proposed that I pay to come back for another visit so that Dr Baer could figure out which tooth she meant. I asked for Dr Baer to call me, but she never did.

I have had all the amalgam filings removed from my teeth, ozone treatments and ozone injections done by Dr. Baer. I live 5 1/2 hours from her office, but have found her to be the very best dentist for my needs. As a patient with M.S. and quite a few root canals before starting with her - she has been an amazing help to me and my health. I cannot say enough good things about her and her abilities as a caring dentist that has truly helped me!

Great dentist. I have recommended her to my friends!!!! I highly recommend her to you and your friends. She's friendly, knowledgable, and explained everything that was being done to me that day. Overall, I had a great experience.

The doctor doesn't really inform me of what was going on with my teeth, let alone explain the process of why I need the procedure. The hygienist was really helpful in covering what the doctor missed...however, as a professional, Dr. Baer should be more personable, informative, and take initiative in being more communicative to her patients.

DR. BAER IS A WONDERFUL DENTIST. I HAD COSMETIC DENTISTRY WORK DONE INCLUDING VENEERS AND REDOING CROWNS THAT WERE OLD. SHE TAKES TIME AND IS VERY GENTLE. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! MY WHOLE FAMILY NOW GOES TO HER OFFICE FOR GENERAL DENTISTRY WORK. THEY ARE NOT AFRAID TO GO TO A DENTIST NOW.
