Rude staff and practices are questionable. Will not let parents go back with children.

the best! always received the quality care, some discomfort at times but other than that I never felt a thing!

The dentist and his staff are quick and efficient. They all are very good with my kids they talk to them and address their needs and concerns. I love that they don't ask me the problem they ask my kids, after all they need to learn to speak up for themselves and how to talk to adults. Love, Love, Love! The staff do everything they can to make everyone at ease.

About Front Desk: Very friendly, informative and flexible.

About Hygienist: I can never remember her name but she is tall, blonde and beautiful! My kids adore her and she always holds their hand and talks to them so they know what is happening and what is going to happen.

I paid him cash all these years for service and never had a problem. After PREPAYMENT I dropped my daughter off for work and they made her cry over their unprofessional talk about me and my lack of insurance . They treated her like like we were penniless and were not going to pay. With my money in their hands. I should sue them for making a young girl cry over complete bullying.

I have always thought the staff was unfriendly and that their services were severely overpriced...... I've had multiple times where they have done extra treatments to my children that my insurance would not cover because the procedures were done too soon. I've even had them report to me that,my children had more cavities than they actually did. ( they stated between all three children they had 10 cavities total, but in actuality they had 4 between between all 3 of them. It looks like they're trying to make a little more money) After my last appointment, I went for a second opinion. All 3 of my children say their new dentist... it's much nicer and doesn't hurt as much. I am so glad I switched!
