I was scheduled to have all my teeth extracted but I accidentally circled something on my questionnaire that made him uncomfortable putting me to sleep for the procedure. Within the next 20 hours, I rushed to get the required tests they asked for which all cleared me. I immediately fax it to him and his office and both his receptionist and Dr Hearn said "they were still uncomfortable putting me to sleep," despite jumping through THEIR hoops in record time. I think he wants the tooth infection he warned me about to travel to my brain. I am disgusted with my experience. Do not let this man put you through the hoops he just did me and my family. My heart is broken, among other things. Thanks, Doctor.

I'll have to admit, I was skeptical of Dr. Hearn after reading all of the reviews. I just had a tooth pulled by him yesterday evening, and I have to say, the whole experience was nothing but top notch. The staff were very friendly, and helpful, and knowledgeable. He already had pain/anti-inflammatory Rx's already written out for me at the front desk prior to surgery. Once I was in the room, I was very comfortable, and received nitrous oxide to alleviate my nervousness. When I woke up, he was there along with his nurse watching over me, and answering any, and all questions I had. When I got home, and the Novocaine wore off, I experienced very little pain and bleeding. Today, I have very minimal swelling, and no pain. I WILL go back to him if I ever need any more extractions. Nothing but a positive, comfortable experience, and I highly recommend him!

I just left from Dr. Hearn extracting my wisdom tooth. I was TERRIFIED, to say the least. The assistant numbed my gums with a gelly, which caused me not to feel Dr. Hearn numbing my gums with the needle. I sat about 15 minutes to allow the numbing agent to take effect. He extracted the tooth without any problem in about five minutes. He gave me oral and written instructions for care, which included his cell number, then he walked me to the door. I am EXTREMELY satisfied. I had high anxiety about this procedure and it went very smoothly. We started on time and I drove myself. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The dentist had an assistant who talked me through everything he was doing as he did it. As for those who said his bedside manner was lacking, I didn't experience that. He couldn't have been kinder, though he did seem a bit shy. He communicated all of the pertinent information and answered my questions satisfactorily. I'd take a dentist with excellent technique and skill over outstanding personality any day.

I spent the whole night with a severe toothache. Called to be seen. Staff was prompt to call first thing in morning. I even called Dr Hearn right before staff returned my call. He was very kind despite me bothering him early in the morning. They were booked solid for the day. Dr Hearn gave up his lunch time to get me in and relieve my pain. The extraction was painless. Awesome dr!!!

Dr. Hearn is very professional and made me feel so comfortable about my procedure. He followed up on my care later in the day to make sure I had no questions or concerns. Recommend him and his wonderful caring staff to anyone in the area.

I went to Dr. Hearn to have a wisdom tooth surgically removed. I am a baby when it comes to pain, but he was very nice, explained everything to me. The day of the surgery he put me at ease, spoke to my husband about what to expect when I got home. My extraction was challenging, but he made sure everything was ok. When I called the office several days later with a lingering problem, everyone was very nice. I would recommend him to anyone.

I had my wisdom tooth removed orally by Dr.. Hearn. The price quote wasn't as bad as I thought it would be with my insurance. The staff was very professional and nice. I was at ease with the entire process because Dr. Hearn explained everything in detail. This made me less nervous. I was very pleased with my experience. I did read past negative reviews but my experience there was WONDERFUL. DR. HEARN IS GREAT!!!!

While he may be a good oral surgeon, Dr. Hearn has by far the worst bed side manner of any doctor I've ever encounted ... EVER. He lacks people skills, empathy and bare minimum human kindness. When he speaks to a patient he is extremely condescending and gives the impression that he would rather be anywhere else than speaking to a patient.
