I have been very busy but when I contacted the office for an appointment they were very accommodating to my schedule. I was able to get in and out quickly. Dr. Wong is very caring and even called me later to check to see how I was doing after my visit

Things didn't seem right from the start. Waited in the room for 30 minutes at one point in the chair with a mouthful of saliva. Dr. Wong proceeded to tell me that I had to have numerous teeth replacedand two caps replaced. A second opinion from a highly accredited dentist told me that was all complete nonsense!!

About Front Desk: Front desk staff is actually the worst part of my entire experience!!!! They tried to sell me products that I said I didn't want numerous times yet they proceeded to try to push them on me!!! Then charge me a $65 cancellation fee when they were the ones that requested a reschedule!!!! The three times I went and had a check up they continuously try to push me into buying fluoride products!!! When I called earlier today to reschedule my appointment the lady on the phone rudely replied with "why". And then here's the best part; she told me I would be charged $65 again!!!! I yelled back at her and said for what I am not canceling I am rescheduling and she insisted they would charge me anyway but waive the fee if I show up. I'm pretty sure that's illegal! She then insisted to know the exact day that I will reschedule when I told her that I did not know she kept pressing for an answer!!! Everything about that place and Dr. Wong's employees, are just ridiculous!! I do not recommend this dentist!!

All I can say about Dr. Wong is greedy. She tried to rip me off several times. I called her on several occasions in pain from a procedure she had done. I never heard back. I heard back several months later saying I owed more money after I already paid it. I will never be back to her office and will not recommended her to anyone. Very awful experience.

Went in for tooth abcess while in 3rd trimester, prescribed amoxicillin (not good for development of infant tooth enamel). After pregnancy I returned for same tooth only for them to insist on root canal and incomplete crown which took literally six appointments for an inproper, incomplete procedure (maxed out insurance on unnecessary tests and procedures) on different tooth which later had to be extracted entirely by different dentist because it was still infected at the root. New dentist cited "poor dentistry". Still receiving bill (unitemized bill) for what I have no clue but refusing to pay. Child I was pregnant with now has enamel hyperplasia.

About Front Desk: Front desk staff is condecending, rude and tries to push the sale of unnecessary products. Was not helpful or accurate regarding what my out of pocket costs were which I inquired before every appointment. Sent threatening letters to take me to court for money owed but did not state for what specific services.

About Hygienist: Hygienist was inexperienced, rough and did not know how to properly place a dental dam which wasted 35 minutes of my appointment while gagging on my own saliva.

Dr. Wong seems to be more about making money than servicing her patients. Was selling me Fluoride that was in my tooth paste same type and strength. I had to prove it by bringing my tooth paste. Moved my 6 month cleaning to 5 months resulting in me paying for what would have been an insurance paid cleaning. Since I not a dentist, I can't comment on the quality of her work. Her cold personality likely adds to negative feelings. I have seen other websites making similar complaints.

About Front Desk: Very business oriented.

About Hygienist: Hygienists were very good.
