I have been going to Dr. Zugay since 1968 when I was a kid, he is a outstanding Dentist!!! He explains everything he is going to do to you and makes you feel very comfortable!!! He is the BEST

I first went to Dr. Zugay when I was expecting my first child in 1971. Although I have moved out of the area, Dr. Zugay is the only doctor I have never changed. When my children were small, in order to get them used to going to the dentist, he let them sit on a small bench in the room to watch when I was having my teeth cleaned. (That bench is still there.) Later, when they had their check-ups, they asked me why people are afraid to go to the dentist. They always felt comfortable and never had a problem or felt any pain during their visits. Dr. Zugay is conservative and does not perform a procedure unless it is absolutely necessary. He keeps me informed about something that will eventually have to be done, but doesn't rush to do it before the proper time. He explains everything that he does so that I am aware of the need and the procedure involved. I have always felt confident that Dr. Zugay has my best interests in mind and does a professional and expert job.
About Hygienist: Ramona, who has worked with Dr. Zugay for many years, is very thorough. She gives helpful instructions as to how to improve my dental hygiene and gives me samples of products that are useful to my needs. She writes up a treatment plan and keeps me abreast as to what needs to be done. She is always pleasant and is passionate about doing a good job, as well as helping her patients take the best care of their teeth. She attends classes to keep up with the latest information in dental hygiene. When she cleans my teeth, I feel like a new person.
