This dentist initially costed me hundreds for a poorly done root canal and now I need a full extraction and implant. I've had problems with it ever since he performed the root canal. Now a specialist has confirmed that the root canal was "less than ideal." He left an entire root untouched. In one, he put the white filling too straight and not following the curved path of the root. This ordeal will cost me thousands.

No recommendation. Failure to diagnose periodontal disease and failure to disclose information to patient. Sloppy chart/record keeping. Incompetent.

About Hygienist: Zero stars. Failure to advise Dr. Golding to diagnose periodontal disease over a seven year period of time. Poor cleaning, talks too much about nothing.
