My son was scheduled to have wisdom teeth pulled. Appointment time was 2:45. Got there 2:25. I was told it would be 45-60 minutes. At 4:00, they hadn't started, although he was put to sleep. I left to get my other boys from school. My phone rings at 4:11, Dr. wants me to head back. They're done. How the H E double hockey sticks did he pull four teeth so fast? So, back I go and waited until 4:30.
They seemed in a rush, so we went out the door and headed for the pharmacy. Then, the next day, I called for a school note. She, (she, who hides behind the no-see-thru Windows) tells me to get a fax number. THEY'LL PUT IT IN WRITING BUT WON'T GIVE IT TO YOU?? So, I call the school, get their fax#, call Dr. Walker' s office back. Give them the number. Now she tells me my kid will be out for the rest of the week. I had no idea. I figured the hour missed for the procedure and the next day to recover.
I advised her in future give note to parent or tell them ahead of time to have the fax# available. Her response? (In snippy voice) "SIR, YOU COULD HAVE ASKED FOR IT YESTERDAY WHEN YOU WERE HERE."
When I said, Oh, stop it", she spoke over me saying "HAVE A GREAT DAY, SIR. HAVE A GREAT DAY, SIR". I was trying to ask another question.
About Front Desk: cont. She shouted me down with "Have a great day, SIR". Rude, obnoxious, ineffective, non-communicative, sarcastic. LBNL: is it Walker Oral Surgery, Muncie Oral Surgery, East central Indiana Surgery, WHICH? All these names pop up online and on signs. Also, the appt. Was made with Alex Walker. We get there and the office is Donald Walker. ??? What went on all the time my kid was sedated and nothing was being done?

I had my wisdom teeth out. It was a bad experience. He did not listen when I talked to him. I do not recommend going there.

Dr.walker did an awful job. He missed the vein for my iv now I have a bruise all around my arm. Painkillers were too weak and didn't help the pain at all and he just said to keep taking more after I told him I had taken 7 already.
