had a lot of work done over the years, two bridges, lots of crowns, root canels, fillings. Nothing lasted. When I had problems, I told Dr. F, and he would say it was in my mind. Well that one tooth was a sitting time bomb and it exploded at the most inopportune time - when I was away on vacation. When I got back they couldn't see what was wrong but I demanded it be extracted because the pain was so terrible. When the did they still couldn't see what was wrong, but when we popped the crown we saw that the wires from the root canal were sticking out the side, between the filling and the tooth -they were never trimmed properly - left - and gave a path for bacteria to infect the bone. It was terrible. Now, I have had teeth that he filled cracking and falling apart, crowns coming off and those teeth falling apart. It will cost me thousands to repair his shoddy work. I stopped going to him years ago because of his problems, and i know its not me alone, I've know of others with the same type of problems. Oh, I wish I had gone to another dentist - now I have a mouthful of time bombs waiting to go off - just waiting. BOOB!

About Hygienist: Was okay, fair and did a good job. Though I always felt I was over charged. I was supposed to get teeth cleanings for free, but Dr. F always came up with a way to charge me for something. Root planing - root cleaning - that isn't free he said. Yeah, right.

I was very pleased with the work product I received from Dr. Freundlich. He is a very knowleageable expert in the field of denistry and does excellent work. He is also very friendly and impressionable, which is definitely an asset.

Dr. Howard Freundlich did treatment of my front crowns and abuting bridge. It has led to me having to have all of his dental work removed and redone. By the way, Dr. Freundlich did this to me only 4 years ago, crowns should last 10-12 years.

Charges for procedures seemed to change according to his whim. For example, under my plan, annual cleaning is supposed to be free. But he creates other services so I ended up paying about $70. When I questioned him on it he attempted to explain it away, but never did so that I could understand him. As to his work: over the past 10 years I had numerous procedures done, bridges, crowns etc. Most did not last because they were never sealed properly and completely. The teeth underneath would decay and eventually I needed root canals. Sometimes the bridges would become loose over and over and over again. After many times going back and paying more and more charges so his original work could be corrected, I got fed up with this Doctor and I stopped seeing him. I am now looking for another Dentist. One I can trust will do a satisfactory job and treat me, a paying patient, with respect and dignity. One who is willing to do consistent work and willing to explain his charges before he begins the work.
