I am so sorry I have to leave this dentist. Problem is, she is not in my insurance network and it is costing me too much. If I could afford to, I would stay with her forever!
About Front Desk: All are great ladies. Toni submitted to both of my insurance carriers for me.
About Hygienist: First room on right, forgot name. She is great! Cleaning time longer than average because we take time to joke around.

I know and trust Dr. West. I know and trust the entire office (Dr. K, Dr. Doring, and the ENTIRE staff of professionals). Dr. West, et al, are knowledgable, considerate, kind, caring, and determined to provide and highest quality of dental service. I tried other dential establishments (twice, closer to work) and both times and went running back to Dr. West. I recommend them always and I always receive thanks for the reommendation.
About Hygienist: There are not enough words of praise for Diane. She has the perfect touch, the eyes of an eagle, and the patience of an angel.

Dr. West is the most caring and pleasant dentist it has ever been my good fortune to meet. She makes me feel that she is truly involved in my oral health.
Dr. West has done at least two fillings and two porcelain crowns for me in the time I have been her patient. The results of all these procedures were excellent. Her chairside manner is wonderful and all of the treatment has been pain free.
Office staff are pleasant, helpful and are willing to help file and process insurance claims.
Prices are fairly high. I found that I tended to pay quite a bit out of pocket on most insurance claims. Although I think fees are high they are probably in line with other quality Montgomery County / DC dentists.
I recommend Dr. West with no reservations.
About Hygienist: I have seen four different hygenists in my time with Dr. West. They have ranged from OK to wonderful. Now I just request my favorite - Diane -when I am due for a cleaning.

Dr. Perez-West is GREAT!!!! After having oral surgery she was not happy with the results and sent the oral surgeon a letter with her concerns. She went above the call of duty to make sure the next surgery was successful.

She is the nicest dentist, and the best, that I've ever encountered in my 44 years. Love her!

Dr. Perez West replaced a broken front crown and is helping me with my gums. She is without a doubt the nicest, most pleasant Dentist I have ever known. Her partners and staff are equally skilled, professional and personable. I can't remember when I have had such a positive experience. The entire practice is concerned with caring, and accomplishing the best results.
Since she was recommended to me, I have now told many friends about her and all my family have switched dentists.
She is great and so is her staff.
