Outstanding manners and extremely professional. Worked evening hours past appointment timeframe to get the work to his own level of satisfaction. He also appears to take pride in his ability to manage and virtually eliminate the customer's pain. Even my kids love him! The office is a bit frayed at the edges, but they are moving to a new suite in the same building soon. I enjoy the video library available in some of the internal offices. Only drawback IMHO) is the billing process/people are somewhat frustrating in that they never provide a complete picture of what is owed and why.
