i have been cavity free since 1998. im glad Dr. Acilla filled all my cavities right before it becomes problematic. She made feel very relax while she's giving me numbing stuff. im so happy I found a conservative dentist who will not recommend anything that I dont need. It is a small office but has digital x-ray and fees are reasonable. i will recommend her office to all my friends.
About Front Desk: the front desk are very helpful and explain the cost to me before doing the procedure.
About Hygienist: im always looki forward for my next cleaning. it feels so clean and fresh after i had my teeth cleaning

Worst procedure. EXCRUCIATING PAIN. COST - is much too much for a procedure that did not hold. Did a build up for the crown to hold - build up came off with the crown. We paid in full. Chair side manners is definitely zero because of her desire to control everything that was happening in the cramped office. When phone rings, she wants to know who called, when door opens, she wants to know who came in - gave us a feeling of her distrust towards her staff. Front desk is a fire hazard. You can't even see the people working behind the counter. Endless clutter of useless decorations. I saw another dentist and was told that buildup will not hold.
About Hygienist: Not too knowledgeable either. Arcilla told her to flush the swollen tooth area. She saw how severely swollen my gums were due to the poor workmanship of the dentist and yet she kept tinkering away.

Dr. Arcilla has been my regular dentist these past 4 years and I am very happy with her and her staff. I've recommended her to several of my friends and they all agree with my assessments.
