she messed up my teeth. both her and the hygenist. then, lied about it.

About Front Desk: pleasant

About Hygienist: rude. she lied about using a tool on my teeth to grind the tooth down. she said she only polished it. she lied. so did the dentist, dr. sayler. they ground my tooth shorter than the others after the filling was fixed then the dentist tried to cover it up by running it across the top teeth. when I confronted them about it, they wouldn't take responsibility and lied to cover each other's butts! don't let her touch your mouth!

Hygiene time: 4

My Experience: Filling, Onlays & Inlays

Duration: One hour

I will say that the dental care (although overpriced) I have received in the past at this facility has been good and the staff very friendly. However, I did find the excessive multiple phone calls and email reminders, for an appointment I had scheduled 6 months prior, mildly annoying. I respondied to an email confirming my appointment 2 business days prior to the scheduled appointment, and confirmed it again (when they called) by phone the business day before my appointment. Then on the day of my appointment, Dr. Salyer's office called to say I would have to reschedule because she would not be in that afternoon. Note that this was not a last minute emergency, and they could have let me know this several days prior. I understand that sometimes schedules change, but after all the excessive automated phone call and email reminders, it is extremely inconvenient and unproffesional for them to cancel my appointment at the last minute. I will reschedule my appointment, but it will be with a different dentist.
