he was the best. less than one minute with no stress. he gave plenty of Novocain and made sure I felt nothing. if you are scared to have a tooth pulled like I am, you need to go here. he was amazing and compassionate about me being scared and even crying before it started that's how bad other dentist have been. I will not cry again because

Hands down the best dentist I've ever had! He pulled 7 teeth out in 5 minutes or less with absolutely no pain whatsoever! He is kind, companionate, very knowledgeable. He does his work as precise and thoroughly as a brain surgeon. I would recommend him to anyone, I call him the 'mouth mechanic'

What a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Who doesn't use a topical before injecting Novacaine? Dr. Erickson!!! OMG
Hands me a paper towel and says "Gonna make you cry now"...REALLY!?!
Don't go! In fact...RUN AWAY! Don't buy into the "nice guy" interview at the beginning...
Oh...by the way...the new Dentist charge 1/3...yes that's right ONE THIRD to extract even using Nitrous!
Considering legal action after X-ray's prove to be unusable. Wondering if they were unusable by new dentist...how did he proceed with them???
About Front Desk: Super RUDE Staff after disclosing my displeasure. Not cooperative with obtaining records. Made the entire process worse.

I had a tooth pulled. Dr. Erikson yesterday, he was great. Quick and as painless as tooth pulling can be. He told me to call him if I had any probs. So today I am having some pain and swelling, called his office and to my suprise his receptionist must have her DDS degree cuz she wouldn't even pass a message along, and was quite rude. I told her I had been taking ibuprofin every 3-4 hrs & amazed she told me I was overdosing, then asked me how many I take(then told me to take more?)! My main concern was my partial doesn't fit anymore, and her response was "of course, it's swollen, you just had a tooth pulled!" This was the end of my convo. No, "I'll ask the doctor" or anything. So I was real happy up until now, I am now confused and on my own I guess.
About Hygienist: Everyone was great except this one receptionist who knows everything, wish I had her name!!
