Enough said. Too aristocratic to have manners or courtesy. Do not value patients time or feelings. 24 hours of additional suffering afterwards.

About Front Desk: No stars. Arrived 10 minutes early. Waited 70 minutes and Billie Jo (receptionist) never even said one word to me the whole time. No apologies for the wait, had a 4 1/2 minute exam and was referred to oral surgeon.

My Experience: Exam & Consultation, X-Rays

Duration: 4 minutes after 70 minute wait.

I had a root canal done by Dr. Cain and was extremly satisfied with his service. He was even kind of funny...or was that the gas? Who knows?! But seriously though the Dr. was extremely nice, did good work and his staff was very helpful. They took care of my insurance for me and I didnt even have to pick up the phone. I wanted to go back to him but I moved to Telluride Colorado for a while and was subjected to the worst dentist ever while there. I had no choice but to see one guy who knew he had a captive audience. The Dentist in T-Ride pulled a wisdom tooth with little care for how much it hurt my mouth. Then he slipped while pulling out my tooth and rammed his plier things on the other side of my teeth. Not only that they totally messed up my insurance and billed for the whole thing because they were too lazy to look it up even though I had given them the correct information. Man how I wished I was back in Dr. Cain's office reading a National Geographic magazine knowing that I was in the hands of a kind, caring, and knowledgeable endodontist. I felt little to no pain at all when Dr. Cain did my root canal. His chair side manners were excellent and his hygenists were also very talented. His chairs were also quite comfy. Thats it!

He is great. He saved a tooth that I thought I was going to lose.

I didn't think a painless root canal was possible, but Dr. Cain gave me one. Two, actually. Great doctor! Very skillful.

I would recommend Dr. Cain for any endodonic surgery. He and all the other people that worked there made it easy.
