My Mother was wanting her dentures, that she had gotten there 13 years ago, replaced. Dr. Hudson was exceptional. The office staff, namely the tech who fits the dentures, was unprofessional, insensitive, uncaring and downright mean spirited. I attempted to contact the Office Manager, who made no attempt to return my call or present themself to help in a serious matter. My Mother is 72 years old so the mean spiritedness was accelerated. She trusted this facility due to such good results in the past, and was let down. Not to mention a fixed income and that she uses her dentures daily. For someone who wears dentures, not having them is scarey. The staff was very insensitive to her fears and concerns.
